As an interactive marketing associate for Three Deep Marketing, Diane is involved with developing and managing search engine optimization campaigns and content marketing strategies for a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods brands to local home improvement contractors. Her specialties lie within YouTube video optimization, content optimization, and social media strategy.

As a college student at the University of St. Thomas, Diane developed numerous social media strategies for local organizations. These organizations include: MinnesotaWorks.net (job bank for the State of Minnesota) and the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association Higher Education division. She also interned at Pretty Young Professional, (now The Daily Muse) as an SEO and Web Analytics Intern, contributing to articles there and on YouTern.

Diane has presented to numerous student groups on the importance of social media in the job search. She even has served as a job coach at the 2009 National Society of Hispanic MBA’s Job Fair at the Minneapolis Convention Center, specializing in personal branding for job success.

An aspiring writer her entire life, Diane appeared in numerous poetry anthologies as a teenager, and served as the editor of the Catholic Spirit teen edition, Speak Up! More recently, Diane has appeared as a guest writer for Career Connections, iSPEAK, Mary Mother of the Church’s The Messenger, Examiner.com, and will be appearing in Tobias Magazine in Fall 2010. She writes on numerous topics ranging from the consecrated single life to social media job searches, internships and college faith and is available for your publication.

Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Twin Cities’ Girls’ Chorus for marketing as well as the MIMA Programming Committee.

When not consuming her life with the above activities, Diane loves nothing more than delving into her faith, going dancing or shopping with friends, and enjoying a mint white hot chocolate.
