Diane Kulseth is a student at the University of St. Thomas with a proven drive to always stay on the top of innovation. As an interactive marketing intern for Three Deep Marketing, Diane is involved with developing social media strategy and researching social media channels for various clients as well as working with the interactive team for search engine optimization (SEO) content strategy for internal projects.

Diane has developed numerous social media strategies for local organizations. These organizations include: MinnesotaWorks.net (job bank for the State of Minnesota) and the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association Higher Education division.

Through her experience with Minnesota’s job bank, MinnesotaWorks.net and as an intern for the University of St. Thomas Career Development Center, Diane has presented to numerous student groups on the importance of social media in the job search. She even has served as a job coach at the 2009 National Society of Hispanic MBA’s Job Fair at the Minneapolis Convention Center, specializing in personal branding for job success. Diane believes highly in the power of networking through social media and writes often on her blog about networking beyond the job search.

An aspiring writer her entire life, Diane appeared in numerous poetry anthologies as a teenager, and served as the editor of the Catholic Spirit teen edition, Speak Up! More recently, Diane has appeared as a guest writer for Career Connections, iSPEAK, Mary Mother of the Church’s The Messenger, Examiner.com, and will be appearing in Tobias Magazine this fall. She has written on numerous topics ranging from the consecrated single life to social media job searches, internships and college faith.

Regarding community involvement, Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Twin Cities’ Girls’ Chorus for marketing and is also one of four alumni directors for the Music Ministry Alive! summer music institute coordinating fundraising activities for the institute as well as annual reunions and prayer services.
